This is a well managed and profitable hotel ideally located on the road down to Playa Alicia beach and the famous ‘Waterfront’ restaurant, with its spectacular view of Mount Isabela. The hotel has a rustic appeal with 21 individually themed rooms and murals depicting exotic flowers, beautiful birds and everyone’s favorite Dolphins. The third floor has three apartments including a large penthouse with two bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an attic, which surprises every guest who enters the apartment because of its size and unique design. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with pool view; 1 studio pool view with kitchen; 2 studios with kitchenette in the back with overhanging plants on the terraces and welcoming cool breeze; 1 bedroom at the back. On the second floor there are 6 rooms, and 3 studios with kitchenettes. The top floor has, besides the penthouse, 1 small apartment with one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom; 1 medium apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms where the present owners live. There is a great view of the ocean from this apartment. All rooms are equipped with TV, safe, balcony and refrigerator. There is a friendly lobby, lovely pool to laze around, cafeteria, and garden where guests sit in the shade accessing the internet.
