Kathy Rose is a Coldwell Banker veteran with Bahamian roots, currently residing in the settlement of Petty’s, Long Island, Bahamas.

Kathy lived in Norway for 15 years where she studied computer programing and the Norwegian language, begore moving to the Florida Keys. During her 13 years in the Keys, Kathy worked as a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Schmitt. During her time there, she specialized in vacation rentals, long term rentals and sales.

She met her husband in Florida and they were later married in Clarence Town, Long Island. With a mutual love of the outdoors and drawn by the quiet laid-back lifestyle and the kindness of the people, they decided to make Long Island their permanent home.

Kathy is extremely hard working and focused and loves to help people find that dream home, or special investment. She is fascinated by the beautiful beaches and Long Island landscapes, the ocean and loves boating. Exploring the island is one of her main hobbies and she loves to share her passion for Long Island with her clients.
