A past banker and hotelier, Greg has brought his keen listening skills and sincere love for people to the Real Estate Market, where his goal is to ensure that each relationship lasts longer than the transaction. Greg’s work history is a masterful mix of hospitality, finance and real estate development. He spent his early years working for an international hotel brand, where he learnt the art of excellent customer service with a smile at all times. He also spent nearly a decade working for one of the top international banks in the Bahamas. During this time, he excelled in multiple aspects of sales. During the last 6 years of his career, Greg has worked for two of the Bahamas’ major Real Estate developers in Bimini & in Nassau. In 2022, Greg received Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Certification as well as The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations, both awarded through extensive training, experience and proven performance in the upper-tier luxury market.

He brings 13 years of finance experience and 10 years of sales experience with him. Paired with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance w/ Spanish and an International Project Management Certification, Greg holds firm to the belief that Real Estate in the Bahamas is the best investment anyone can ever make. Further he wants to ensure that every interested person can enjoy a secure investment. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Some of his favorite pastimes are golfing, boating, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
