Real Estate Agent, Shannon Knowles was born and raised in Nassau Bahamas, with her family being some of the first settlers to the Bahama Islands, some centuries ago. She has lived most of her life in Nassau, but has travelled extensively and also lived in Boston Massachusetts for 5 years, where she was also an active licensed realtor. Shannon is familiar with most of the islands the Bahamas, however she focuses her work in Eleuthera. She resides in Governor’s Harbour, the hub of the Isle of Freedom. A licensed and active realtor for the past 15 years, a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and the Bahamas MLS service. She was educated at St. Augustines’ College.

In 2022, Shannon received Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Certification as well as The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations, both awarded through extensive training, experience and proven performance in the upper-tier luxury market.
