Heather has real estate in her blood. She joined her father’s company in December of 1999 and was an instant success, receiving her first Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award, placing her then in the top 9% of the Coldwell Banker International network, after her first year in the business.

With a background in Historic Preservation, Heather is passionate about listing and selling Old Bahamian homes and has restored numerous properties over the years. Heather is an avid boater, captaining her own boat and spends as much of her free time island hopping with her three children as possible.

Heather’s career has grown in leaps and bounds over the years with a primary focus on pairing Second Home Owners with Vacation Homes and Investment Properties. She enjoys every aspect of listing and selling these types of properties and assists her clients with every aspect of the transaction. Many of her Buyers have become Permanent Residents in the Bahamas and are now close friends. Heather is also an expert on Rose Island real estate and has been involved in most of the transactions there over the years.

During her career Heather been awarded Coldwell Banker President’s Elite, President’s Circle numerous times, Diamond Society and Most Improved Agent, all designations which position her among the top tier of 92,000+ Coldwell Banker agents internationally. Heather is a designated Global Luxury Specialist, awarded through extensive training and performance in the Bahamas Luxury Real Estate market.
