Spanish Town is being revitalized and all roads lead to New Brunswick Village. Located as the name suggests along New Brunswick Avenue; this gated community is the first of its kind for the parish of St. Catherine as it is both commercial and residential in nature. New Brunswick Village will have 40 commercial units offering conveniences that serve the community. The residences are comprised of two blocks of apartments (Block G and H, 35 units each; totaling 70 units) as well as townhomes (19 units) gated and secure. Amenities include an elevator, fitness trail with outdoor court as well as an outdoor gym. Construction is now underway, and delivery is slated for July 2023.
